Calcium Stearate is a normal calcium soap of Stearic Acid. It is a very good internal & external lubricant for PVC as well as in other plastic processing. It can also be used as a mould release agent. Calcium Stearate exhibits excellent resistance to colour degradation and the product is found to be highly useful where high processing temperatures are encountered during processing. Calcium finds applications in paint industry, in foundry chemicals, metal forming, cosmetics, water proofing, rubber and many industries.
