This resin is engineered to provide high dimensional strength and mechanical properties. The low crystallinity and fusion heat of the resin, provides unique advantages such as low residual acetaldehyde generation in injection molding and also lower energy required for conversion into bottles. The uniform spherical pellets of the resin ensures smooth conveying in long pipelines with near zero fines generation, and allows for easy flow of air around the PET pellets and helps in consistent drying at lower temperatures, saving valuable energy.
